CONFLICT, CHANGE, AND CHOCOLATE At Iroha Isshiki’s request, the Service Club is now helping with a Valentine’s Day event-and once Miura, Ebina, Kawasaki, and the rest of the “it crowd” are involved, the task spirals into a surprisingly major undertaking. Despite the relative calm, though, there’s a sense of dissonance that’s becoming increasingly difficult to ignore... and feelings that can’t be rationalized away. As much as Hachiman would like to keep his relationships the way they are, something is bound to change.

Hachiman Hikigaya is a cynic. "Youth" is a crock, he believes--a sucker's game, an illusion woven from failure and hypocrisy. But when he turns in an essay for a school assignment espousing this view, he's sentenced to work in the Service Club, an organization dedicated to helping students with problems in their lives! AT LONG LAST, SPRING IS HERE AGAIN After all the hardships, struggles, and mistakes, the only thing Hachiman, Yukino, and Yui can do is ask the same questions in search of new answers. Yes, it’s the same routine, but each day is always new. Hachiman has struggled to answer truthfully, and his relationships have suffered for it—but it’s time for that to change. This romantic comedy has gone wrong enough times. The story may be coming to an end, but youth lives on.

ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END The calendar reads March, but the buds of new hope are far from blooming. Yukino, Yui, and Hachiman are finally trying to articulate their feelings and act on them-but doing so means irreversibly changing their relationships. As much as they would like things to stay the same forever, a new day cannot dawn until the beautiful sunset gives way to night. If they want to move forward, they must put an end to this chapter of their lives. Before they even have time to worry, though, the credits start to roll...

A not so merry Christmas Christmas is almost here, but everything Hachiman has wanted, everything he might have wished for, is gone. Ever since the student council elections, the Service Club members have been at an awkward standstill. Something is broken between them, but they gather in the clubroom with the hope that things will just go back to normal. That’s when Iroha Isshiki, the new student council president, brings in a request to help her with a joint Christmas event with another school. Hachiman decides to lend a hand, but not on behalf of the Service Club—he’ll do this one on his own.

Cold Hands, Warm HeartS It may be the dead of winter, but a sudden drop in temperature isn’t enough to stop the Service Club from buzzing with activity. Students are still coming by the clubroom to ask favors of the crew. From a certain boy’s vapid request to Iroha’s unrelenting pleas for help, Yuigahama and Yukinoshita just can’t seem to catch a break. Neither, it seems, can Hachiman-especially given his preoccupation with good times, the future, precious days off, and everything youth represents...

Hachiman Hikigaya's life has changed little since being forced to join the Service Club. Sure, he now spends his time after school in the company of the icy Yukino Yukinoshita and bubbly airhead Yui Yuigahama, but his warped personality still ensures that he won't wring a moment's enjoyment from his insufferable school life. When someone starts trolling his class with hateful e-mails, though, and the Service Club is enlisted to help solve the case, Hachiman's "unique" perspective as an outsider might finally come in handy...or he could still just be a loser.
