It has been updated to include new informa tion that will help identify many of the diseases of conifers growing along the Pacific Coast of western North America. The revisions have been made mainly to provide the latest information on diagnosis, nomenclature, and new diseases, and to expand the coverage of important diseases of the Pacific Northwest. The basic format of this handbook remains essentially the same as the original version. The expanded coverage, more and better illustrations, and new informa tion are designed to make this handbook a useful tool in diagnosing diseases of Pacific Coast conifers.
