This publication contains citations from all bibliographic databases of the National Library of Medicine for the period January 1986 through April 1987, specifically MEDLINE, BIOETHICSLINE, CANCERLIT, CATLINE, HEALTH PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION, POPLINE, and TOXLINE. Citations are arranged alphabetically by author and are formatted according to the rules established for Index Medicus. This bibliography takes into consideration the many facets of AIDS. Not only does it cover recent books and articles dealing with preclinical, clinical, epidemiologic, diagnosis, and prevention issues, it also contains references to works dealing with ethical concerns, educational strategies, public health administration, and other related issues.
