As a threat, a pandemic has indirect implications for social, economic and political conditions both at domestic and international levels. Thus, collective and comprehensive efforts are needed in responding to and preventing the expansion of infections caused by the virus, including Covid-19. This international conference provides the discourse on social, economic as well as political issues regarding the condition after the pandemic. Social issues are studied through social welfare, sociology, governance, communication and international relations approaches. Meanwhile, economic problems are discussed through business, economic development and economic management approaches. Under the First International Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences (ICHSOS) 2021, speakers from several countries provided solutions and alternative perspectives in preventing and dealing with problems after the Covid-19 pandemic. International trade is highly affected by mycotoxin contaminations, which result in an annual 5% to 10% loss of global crop production. In the last decade, the mycotoxin scenario has been complicated by the progressive understanding—alongside emerging mycotoxins—of the parallel presence of modified (masked and conjugated) forms, in addition to the previously free known ones. The present Toxins Special Issue presents original research papers and reviews that deal with the fates of all these forms of mycotoxins with respect to aspects that cover traditional and industrial food processing, yearly grain campaign peculiar conditions and management, novel analytical solutions, consumer exposure, and biomarker-assessment directions. In the agricultural industry, an estimated 10 million migrant workers returned to their home countries in 2020, following the enforcement of the lockdown. Agriculture and related sectors grew by 3.4 percent in 2020-21, despite the fact that global economic growth slowed to -7.2 percent. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the food supply mechanisms were thrown off. As a result, the farming community as well as the economy's most vulnerable sectors are impacted. The government, NGOs, and individuals have discovered that they can have a significant impact on the environment. Our government is always emphasising the need of drinking pure water, especially during this pandemic. But we are lacking in drinking water supply to all areas. Pure drinking water is a solution for keeping ourselves away from infectious diseases. This pandemic epidemic has had several negative consequences, including as an increase in medical waste, disinfectants, and the use of masks and gloves damaging the environment. In order to keep our ecosystem sustainable, suitable guidelines and planned measures must be applied to combat the epidemic and maintain environmental harmony. Covid-19's current predicament has thrown the world's socio-cultural structure, as well as its work culture, into disarray. The sanitary, safety, and health procedures have beyond any local culture's norms. To protect the world from the extremely infectious coronavirus, a new global culture has arisen.
