Science communication, as a multidisciplinary field, has developed remarkably in recent years. For nearly 20 years, this informal, international network has been organizing events and forums for discussion of the public communication of science.

As in previous years, the symposium included an interesting mixture of papers on many topics from researchers with diverse backgrounds and different goals, presenting a multifaceted view of cognitive science.
