Sugarbaker are performed to treat peritoneal metastases by surgeons all around the world. Peritoneal surface malignancies (PSM) include a heterogeneous group of primary tumors, like peritoneal mesothelioma, and peritoneal metastases from various origins such as ovarian, gastric, colorectal, or appendicular cancers.
