This report highlights the evolving nature of armed conflict and violence, examining seven major trends related to global peace and security today. Securitizing Youth offers new insights on young people’s engagement in a wide range of contexts related to the peace and security field. Preventing humanitarian atrocities is becoming as important for the United Nations as dealing with inter-state war.
