This eye-opening book highlights many of the injustices that occur in the criminal justice system. I know first-hand what it is like to be maliciously prosecuted and convicted of crimes that I didn't commit. I am currently seeking exoneration of the life sentence that I'm serving for aggravated murder and felonious assault. The case against me wasn't based off the state having a murder weapon, or any forensic evidence linking me to the crime. Still my three co-defendants and I were convicted solely behind the testimony of an individual whose motives for testifying weren't to ensure justice was served.
