To clear up this confusion, A Handbook for Personalized Competency-Based Education by Robert J. Marzano, Jennifer S. Norford, Michelle Finn, and Douglas Finn III and contributors Rebecca Mestaz and Roberta Selleck delves into the components of a personalized competency-based education system.
