This book is about wisdomhow wisdom brings out knowledge with understanding. You cannot have one without the other, or it brings an imbalance in your walk with the Lord (Proverbs 11:1). Without a true balance, it is an abomination. What does this mean? Think about a scale. You have the middle with a bowl on both the right and left sides. There must be an even weight to have balance. This book brings out a just weight on how to apply wisdom to your everyday walk with the Lord in all ways. Wisdom builds up, but we must have knowledge to know where to apply our wisdom and to have an understanding of where each block goes in building up our house in the Lord.

Wisdom's Seven Pillars is a women's Bible study by Author Nancy Sari that teaches the seven pillars that uphold wisdom's house found in Proverbs 9:1. Wisdom's seven pillars, according to scripture, are: fear of the Lord, instruction, knowledge, understanding, discretion, counsel, and reproof. Beginning with fear of the Lord as the beginning of wisdom and continuing with knowledge of the Holy One being understanding, the author weaves scripture truths and Bible stories with real-life examples for each of wisdom's pillars, which helps participants deeply discern what is included in each of the pillars. Wisdom’s finale is: “Forsake foolishness and live, and go in the way of understanding.” These seven pillars have a vivid similarity to the Bible’s first account of Creation and the seven festivals of the Lord (the Jewish people’s seven annual festivals.

Enrolling in the divine seminary of wisdom and revelation found in Proverbs, we receive heavenly insight into our destinies, relationships, careers, finances, and every other aspect of our lives. It is time to rise up as rulers-to-be for God’s glory. His ancient wisdom fills the pages of Proverbs, where a greater understanding awaits us. Doth not wisdom cry? And understanding put forth her voice?She standeth in the top of high places. She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors, unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of men. Proverbs 8:1-4 Wow!! Doth not wisdom cry? In this small hand book, I have brought out seven pillars that are very peculiar with men and women of wisdom, while acknowledging the fact thatthere is more to the subject matter than what I have presented so far, Ibelieve that it will be of great help to you. Do not take the material contained in the book for granted. It has helped me and I am convinced that it will help you too.

Seven Pillars of Wisdom is not just another book by a Pastor, it is a manual for successful daily living. The admonition of the author in the preface that the book is "better read as a devotional literature..." is quite apt. It is a book that defines in clear terms the steps one needs to take to be in tune with his/her Creator and in harmony with his/her fellow human beings. It requires the wisdom of God to live happily and peaceably with those that one is in contact with every moment. While the main focus of this text is the Proverbs, the author has made generous use of other books of the Bible to garner the material he has used for his exposition. This has achieved two goals for the reader. First, the cross references has encouraged more meaningful search and use of the scripture and; second, it has provided a useful synthesis of the various sections of the Bible that deal with the subject matter. In other words, the author has brought together in this six- chapter book about all a reader needs to know but might not have to engage the extra time and energy required to foray through the scriptures. The simplicity of language and the clarity of the prose of presentation Rev Israel Kristilere has employed belie the depth and the profundity of the content of this book. That he was able to present this material a few days after he had declared on the pulpit that he yet did not know how it was going to happen is a further testimony to the wonderful ways God partners with His people to accomplish His assignments. Seven Pillars of Wisdom is a must read for every Christian who wants to be guided by the wisdom of God in his or her relationships in this complex and intricate world of ours, where greed, selfishness, disobedience and other sins have caused a serious departure from the life of comfort and joy that God has prepared for His children.
