Those words launched one mother into a faith-based effort to provide an after school Bible Club for her daughter and friends that developed into a 6-year odyssey of writing and teaching a curricula which is now in use by hundreds of mothers to reach children for Christ across the United States and in several foreign countries. The Fun with Faith Clubs, Inc. operates a children's ministry of after-school Bible Clubs, in both public and private schools. Over the past 15 years, we have reached over 10,000 children, and their parents, grandparents, and friends with the true teachings of God's Word, the Bible. Our prayer is that we can reach many more through the publication of this manual. This manual contains the curricula and ideas for how you can easily operate a children's Bible Club at a time convenient to you and your group of children, ages kindergarten through 2nd grade. Curricula are available for children through grade 6, so you can continue the teaching through the primary school years. The ministry operates a web site at www.funwithfaith.com, which provides additional informa-tion and opportunities to participate in operating and supporting this ministry. There is a pass-word protected area with additional resources, i.e parent letters, artwork, a leaders' chat room, etc. which is helpful to our leaders in operating a Fun with Faith club.

"When [my father] talked, his words were about going back. He reminisced and became nostalgic. He missed his previous life when things were better. It was peaceful existence. Until the war." Nine little girls, the children of Vietnam War refugees, found themselves in the no man's land between their Southeast Asian roots and American culture. One elementary school principal, compelled by their heartrending stories, guided them on their journey to a new life. In their own words, the girls - now young women - shed light on the real experience of first generation American life, and how the love of just one person can change everything. Part memoir, part coming of age tale, this faith filled book will inspire readers to look to their own communities for ways they can leave an impact. Each story includes a guide for mentors and practical examples of ways to care for and help the people we encounter ever day.
