This publication provides a guide to the thinking that underpins the Science, Technology and Innovation Policy (STIP) Review programme of UNCTAD within the context of sustainable development and the 2030 Agenda. It has been written primarily for Member State governments that are considering or implementing STIP reviews as well as all those involved in UNCTAD intergovernmental mechanisms including the Commission on Science and Technology for Development (CSTD).
