"Rawhide" was a popular Western television series which was broadcast on CBS from 1959-1966, about the adventures of a group of drovers on a long cattle drive in the Wild West during the 1860's. The main stars/characters of ther series were Eric Fleming as Gil Favor, trail boss, and Clint Eastwood as Rowdy Yates, second-in-command, Paul Brinegar as Wishbone, the cook, and Sheb Wooley, as Pete Nolan.
