Amanda is a free spirit who somehow manages to get herself stuck in the energy vibration of a physical body. Of course she did it on purpose; nothing happens by accident. She's a little embarrassed to find herself on earth again and wonders how she ended up here when she vowed she'd never reincarnate again. Her most down-to-earth task is to see through the misty illusions of things for herself and to remember her spiritual nature. In the course of events, she gets sidetracked by what everyone says is real life. But she's not sure what's real anymore. She's been dreaming about rainbows lately, and now she's beginning to wonder if her life is really a dream she's having. Lavender is trying to remember something she's forgotten about her spiritual nature so she registers for school in the universe and begins classes in Time and Space, Energy and Matter, and Reality Awareness. She's a little concerned about the whole idea of synchronicity and the simultaneous time-space concept; she's not sure if she can handle everything at once. Her destiny is to unearth the mysteries of the universe and to rediscover the Scroll of Knowledge she wrote in Egypt. But she's reluctant to remember her experiences as a philosopher and has turned off her spiritual awareness. Rainbow is Amanda's higher self and Lavender's teacher who tries to help them see the light within themselves. But Rainbow is really more than she appears to be at first, or even second, glance.

Robin Rainbow is a contemporary work of fiction written for young adults. The discovery of a casket that contains a map with a riddle sends Robin and his school friends on a quest that leads them to encounter the ever-present forces of Evil that lurk everywhere. Dramatic turning-points that include their capture, escape, recapture, their rescue via celestial beings and their return to ‘everyday reality, dictate the novel’s narrative arc. When at war with the powers of evil, concern at their disappearance from home and school soon becomes global. To find the missing children, huge rewards are offered that tempt bounty-hunters from across the world. Their disappearance is taken more seriously than any illegal invasion of another country or outbreak of Covid-19 and its variants or any alleged alien abduction! Conversational in style, the text both challenges and entertains. The element of surprise, a deep thirst for adventure, the search for knowledge and happiness sustain the reader’s interest throughout.

A series of suspicious deaths sends the Scotland Yard detective from London to Santa Fe in the New York Times–bestselling mystery series. When three women die of “natural causes” in London and the West Country, there appears to be no connection—or reason to suspect foul play. But Scotland Yard Superintendent Richard Jury has other ideas, and before long he’s following his keen police instincts all the way to Santa Fe, New Mexico. There, in the company of a brooding thirteen-year-old girl and her pet coyote, Jury mingles with an odd assortment of characters and tangles with a twisted international plot. And while his good friend Melrose Plant pursues inquires in London, Jury delves deeper into the more baffling elements of the case, discovering firsthand what the guide books don’t tell you; that the Land of Enchantment is also a landscape ripe with tragedy, treachery, and murder.
