Author discovers fraud in the construction of Colombo Hilton Hotel, by Japanese companies, Mitsui & Co. Ltd., Taisei Corporation, and Architects, Kanko Kikaku Sekkeisha Yozo Shibata & Associates, with technical assistance from Hilton International USA.
