My first book, Lion Tales, is a collection of stories and facts concerning mountain lions and bare-ground lion hunting, experiences, and knowledge acquired over a lifetime of hunting. Lion Tales II is a collection of true life stories; the trials and tribulations of how I learned the art of hunting and training hunting hounds. It all culminated in my becoming a professional hunter and guide. The book begins with the purchase of my first puppy at age fourteen and ends once I mastered the art of hound hunting. There is a twelve-year gap between where Lion Tales II ends and Lion Tales begins. Perhaps one day I will write another book that fills that twelve-year gap. HAPPY HUNTING.
