This report is a comparative study of crime and delinquency in Belgium, Denmark, England and Wales, Norway, and Switzerland from about 1946-48 to about 1962-64. It is an attempt to analyze statistical data on the crime rates, trends and variations in criminal patterns in these countries, and -- to a certain extent -- to compare them. The report also includes some data concerning Austria, Federal Germany, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden.
