One thing I kept to myself for a long time was the fact that I had constant nightmares. I refused telling my Mum or Dad because I felt it would be a thing of the past someday. I realized after some years; the dreams intensified. I was no longer comfortable and was extremely restless. I had constant attacks during the night while sleeping that most times, I prefer staying awake to avoid unnecessary nightmares. I usually witness someone trying to hurt me which was a real pain to me. It was like some demons were always trying to get hold of me. Every night, I had constant struggles that when I wake up in the morning, I woke up weak and tired.
