This manual, Army Techniques Publication ATP 3-12.3 Electronic Warfare Techniques July 2019, provides doctrinal guidance and direction to the Army for conducting electronic warfare during unified land operations. This publication provides a description of electronic warfare, roles, relationships, responsibilities, and capabilities to support Army and joint operations. ATP 3-12.3 nests with and supports joint electronic warfare doctrine and provides details on techniques and procedures for Army electronic warfare. This publication includes the fundamentals and guiding principles for electronic warfare. It provides a cohesive and coherent description of how electronic warfare supports and enables operations as well as other mission tasks and functions at each echelon. Electronic warfare integrates into operations using already established joint and Army processes such as the intelligence process, targeting and the military decision-making process. This publication includes electronic warfare staff responsibilities, contributions to the military decision-making process and targeting, and the reliance on intelligence preparation of the battlefield. It describes doctrinal techniques to address future operational challenges with current electronic warfare capabilities. Due to rapidly evolving electronic warfare capabilities and techniques, the Cyber COE will review and update ATP 3-12.3 on a frequent basis in order to keep pace with the continuously evolving electromagnetic operational environment. This publication describes electronic warfare missions and actions within the electromagnetic spectrum and the interrelation of these activities among each other and all Army operations.

This manual, Army Techniques Publication ATP 3-20.15 MCRP 3-10B.1 Tank Platoon July 2019, encompasses techniques for tank platoons of armored brigade combat teams (ABCTs). It replaces ATP 3-20.15, published in December 2012. ATP 3-20.15/MCRP 3-10B.1 provides doctrinal guidance; describes relationships in the platoon; defines organizational roles and functions, capabilities, limitations; and lay outs the responsibilities for platoons during unified land operations. The tank platoon is a unified team; all tanks crews work together to achieve mission success. A single tank can be vulnerable in the face of diverse battlefield hazards, such as enemy forces or unfavorable terrain and situations. These vulnerabilities are significantly reduced when tanks are employed as platoons. The tank platoon requires bold, aggressive, resourceful, and adaptive leaders-leaders of character, competence and commitment-who are willing to accept prudent risks to accomplish the mission. This publication addresses the significant changes in Army doctrinal terminology, constructs and proven tactics, techniques, and procedures.

ATP 3-20.15 provides principles, tactics, techniques, and procedures for the employment of tank platoons. It also provides the framework and technical employment principles for tank platoons of the Armored and Rifle Company Teams and Combined Arms Battalions (CAB). ATP 3-20.15 also provides doctrinal guidance for commanders, staff, and leaders who are responsible for planning, preparing, executing, and assessing operations of tank platoons. This ATP serves as an authoritative reference for personnel developing doctrine (fundamental principles and tactics, techniques, and procedures [TTP]), material and force structure, institutional and unit training, and tank platoon standard operating procedures (SOP). The doctrinal principles and procedures contained within this ATP are intended to be used as a guide and not to be considered prescriptive. ATP 3-20.15 outlines the framework in which tank platoons will operate, either by themselves or together as part of the combined arms company team. ATP 3-20.15 also includes discussions of doctrine that is applicable to all tank platoons. This publication applies to the Active Army, the United States Army National Guard (ARNG)/Army National Guard of the United States (ARNGUS), and the United States Army Reserve (USAR) unless otherwise stated. The proponent for this publication is the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command. The preparing agency is the United States Army Maneuver Center of Excellence.

This Army techniques publication (ATP) describes forward arming and refueling point (FARP) operations for aviation units. It provides aviation commanders, staff elements, aviation support battalions (ASBs), and forward support company (FSC) personnel with a comprehensive overview of the purpose, organization, and operation of a FARP. It also includes planning considerations for FARP setup and transportation planning considerations for Class III and V products. The principles in this ATP apply to all aviation units potentially involved in forward arming and refueling missions. The Combined Arms Support Command is the proponent for these operations and the military occupational specialties related to fueling and ammunition operations. This ATP specifies the unique procedures that ammunition, arming, and refueling personnel perform during FARP and rapid refuel operations in the primary assembly area (AA). Field manual (FM) 10-67-1 provides more detailed information on petroleum operations as well as applicable checklists. Units should ensure FARP personnel have the current version of FM 10-67-1 and this ATP available while conducting FARP operations. This manual, Army Techniques Publication ATP 3-21.50 Infantry Small-Unit Mountain and Cold Weather Operations August 2020, provides the Infantry small-unit leader with doctrinal guidance on how company-sized units and below conduct combat operations in mountain and cold weather regions. Commanders and subordinate leaders combine the basic doctrine described in ATP 3-21.10 and ATP 3-21.8, with tactics, techniques, and procedures specific to missions in mountain and cold weather areas of operations. This publication supersedes ATTP 3-21.50. The principal audience for ATP 3-21.50 is the commanders, staff, officers, and noncommissioned officers within the Infantry battalion. The audience includes the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command institutions and components and the United States Army Special Operations Command. This publication serves as an authoritative reference for personnel developing doctrine, materiel and force structure, institutional and unit training, and standard operating procedures for the Infantry small-unit operations.

This United States Army Infantry manual, Army Techniques Publication ATP 3-21.11 Stryker Brigade Combat Team Infantry Rifle Company November 2020, provides doctrinal framework for techniques for the Stryker brigade combat team (SBCT) Infantry rifle company within the SBCT Infantry battalion. This publication describes relationships, organizational roles and functions, capabilities and limitations, and responsibilities within the SBCT Infantry rifle company. Techniques, non-prescriptive ways or methods used to perform missions, functions, or tasks (CJCSM 5120.01A) are discussed in this publication and are intended to be used as a guide. They are not prescriptive. This Army techniques publication provides doctrinal guidance for commanders, staff, and leaders who are responsible for planning, preparing, executing, and assessing operations of the SBCT Infantry rifle company. It serves as an authoritative reference for personnel developing, materiel and force structure, institutional and unit training, and standard operating procedures for SBCT Infantry rifle company operations. This Army techniques publication supplements the doctrinal material found in FM 3-96. ATP 3-21.11 uses joint terms where applicable. This United States Army Maneuver Center of Excellence manual, Army Techniques Publication ATP 3-90.5 Combined Arms Battalion July 2021, describes the techniques and procedures to tactically employ the combined arms battalion (CAB), the primary maneuver force of the Armored brigade combat team (ABCT) in unified land operations. This publication provides techniques and procedures appropriate for the CAB to effectively exercise the warfighting functions of command and control, movement and maneuver, intelligence, fires, sustainment, and protection, in the conduct of sustained combined arms and close combat operations. The techniques and procedures described herein are intended as a guide and are to be viewed as flexible in application, depending on the factors of mission, enemy, terrain and weather, troops and support available, time available, and civil considerations. Each situation in combat must be resolved by adaptable leaders who exercise initiative to intelligently interpret and apply the doctrine set forth herein. The principal audience for ATP 3-90.5 is the commander and staff of the CAB and its subordinate units. This publication emphasizes CAB operations with related information at the Armor and mechanized Infantry company team level.
